December 23 . . a BRIEF visit with Santa Claus.
Logan appeared to be so excited to see Santa. Ever since the beginning of the Season, we've been talking about baby Jesus, his birth, Christmas songs, Santa, Ect... Anyway, EVERYWHERE he sees Santa his little eyes just sparkle & he talks and talks and talks about Santa. When we got to Bass Pro that day, we had really been talking it up. Well, Logan kept on and on about he wanted to see Santa, and he wanted Santa to hold him, blah blah blah. Anyway.....this is kindof how that went.
Excited eyes watching the other kids sit with Santa...
Still Watching...With a little more concern as we got closer...
"oh my...there he is....HELP ME, Daddy" (those weren't his actual words....he just screamed)
"OH NO!!"
Didn't Santa look real happy to be there in the above picture?
Yep, that is how our 2 year old did with Santa. Now, as soon as Craig picked him back up and we were walking away....Tears IMMEDIATELY dried up & he smiled and waved & said "Bye Bye Santa!!" With a big 'ole grin on his face? Kids. No excuse me.... Toddlers.
Christmas Eve... @ Memaw's HouseMemaw & Logan. He loves that woman, and it's the sweetest thing!
Logan & Santa
Craig in the Santa hat...Logan LOVED it.
Papaw got Logan a pop gun. He thinks the pop sound is the funniest sound ever...look at this face!
Papaw also got him this super cool coon hat...
Christmas morning with Santa...
For the Nana's and other family members who didn't get to see...here was Logan playing for about the first 10 minutes or so on Christmas morning. Santa was great! And warning...for those of you aren't already bored out of your mind...don't engage in this video...it is simply a video of a 2 y/o playing with some toys. Nothing funny or hilarious is going to happen. ;)
This is how we found Logan...poor thing. I hated to wake him up, but I don't think he minded much. We had to change his clothes because his sweet little Santa's Helper PJ's were saoking wet....
So this is why he has those ultra fabulous PJs in the video! :) HA!
Here is later on that night. He L.O.V.E.S. his Kitchen that Nana got for him. My Dad told us to make sure and get him "a toy for a boy" next year. :) Sweet Dad! Boys cook too now! Also, it is Blue after all. ;)
Here he is "drinking coffee" ....since he sees his Nana do this everytime she keeps him!
getting ready to poor a little more...
Daddy is such a good pretend buddy....I think he likes playing kitchen as much as Logan does!
Logan about to give his Dinosaurs a "bath" in the kitchen sink. ? ;)
It was a really fun time with family & friends! I can't wait for next year! Hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!
